Well, these flowers were painted by one of my favorite artists, Rosemary Fee. This was a gift from Amber. It actually came with a white painted frame but after getting it home, it just never looked right...the white was too white. So I got a can a black spray paint and repainted it.
I have several pieces by Rosemary Fee... I'm still waiting to find a large nine pane window poppy piece. But first, I have to save my pennies.
